Writing centers are a well-utilized and respected facility within American universities. In this session, we’ll be looking at how these centers operate and play a crucial role in the academic environment. We’ll also introduce “The English Writing Center,” a working center in Kyiv. Participants will come away with a broader understanding of these facilities and how they can provide valuable services to Ukrainian universities increasing English writing ability and confidence in students.
